-Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve a monthly revenue target of ₹5.5 lakh.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT and film sectors.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a steady pipeline of new projects.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
Present business proposals to potential clients and stakeholders.
-Targets & Incentives:
Fixed salary of ₹35,000 per month, subject to deduction if the target of ₹5.5 lakh is not met.
Upon meeting the monthly revenue target, additional incentives of 10% on any extra revenue generated.
-Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in business development or sales roles.
Strong understanding of the IT and film industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
