We are offering an exciting opportunity for Flutter development enthusiasts to gain real-world experience through our internship program. With two internship tracks available, candidates can choose the path that best suits their career goals and flexibility.
Position: Intern (Flutter Developer)
Duration: 6 months
Internship Contract: Based on the chosen track
Track 1: Performance-Based Incentive Track
– Duration: 6 months
– Incentives:
— First 3 months: Unpaid
— After 3 months: Performance evaluated, with potential incentives for the remaining 3 months
— If performance does not meet expectations, the internship may be discontinued after 3 months
– Post-Internship: High-performing interns may be offered a full-time position
Track 2: No-Incentive Track
– Duration: 6 months
– Incentives: Entire internship is unpaid
– Post-Internship: Performance review at the end of 6 months with potential for a permanent role and competitive salary package
Position Requirements
Flutter Developer – 15 Vacancies
– Basic to intermediate proficiency in Flutter and Dart
– Familiarity with REST APIs and integration of backend services
– Understanding of mobile app development lifecycle for Android and iOS
– Experience with state management solutions like Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc (preferred)
– Ability to create responsive UI using Flutter widgets and animations
– Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
General Requirements for All Positions
– Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
– Passion for mobile development and eagerness to learn
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to collaborate with team members and meet deadline
