Position: Social Media Manager

We are looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals to join our team as Digital Marketing Interns. The internship will provide hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies, SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
Internship Tracks:-
Track 1: No Stipend Track (3 Months)
-Duration: 3 months
-This track is designed for those who are committed to learning and completing all assigned tasks.
-During this period, you will be given tasks related to digital marketing, SEO, social media management, and campaign optimization.
-If you successfully complete all tasks within the 3-month period, a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation will be provided.
Track 2: Incentive-Based Track (6 Months)
-Duration: 6 months
-Stipend: ₹5,000 per month, payable based on performance.
-Condition for Stipend Payment: To receive the monthly stipend of ₹5,000, you need to secure a digital marketing or SEO project, or any combination of projects, totaling a minimum of ₹25,000 per month.
-Projects can be multiple small projects or a single large project.
-The stipend will be provided for the full 6 months if this target is consistently met each month.
Responsibilities:
-Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
-Conduct keyword research and optimize web content for SEO.
-Monitor and report on campaign performance and suggest optimization techniques.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content.
-Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

-Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
-Excellent communication and writing skills.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
